P
ROFESSOR Mark A. Menendez will be offering eight full-day workshops, from January through April 2009 (see dates below).  Just as in his 2008 workshops, he is offering an open class format.  So, bring the artwork you’ve been working on this year, to finish or want to begin, and spend the day with your friends and the Professor.  (If you don’t have a project you want to work on, the Professor will bring some projects with him.)  See samples below.

You may work in any of the following mediums of your choice; pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, color pencil, pastel, watercolor, acrylic, or oil and in any subject; landscape, seascape, floral, still life, portrait, wildlife, or even abstract, the sky’s the limit. In addition to the OPEN STUDIO work, the Professor will also offer some new product and technique demonstrations throughout the day.  And, of course, there will be lots of funny stories to share from over the past year! Yes, he will explain his “New Look”!
